Kate & Bella
The other day Mike asked me to grab the camera... he said remember the picture we have of Bella with the shovel and the same coat on? So I took the picture of Kate... and here's the one of Bella... she's about 6 months older than Kate

At 3 1/2 years of age, our son has finally - out of the blue - started to eat fruit and vegetables! He consumed a good part of a pear this past week, 1 strawberry, 3/4 of a raw carrot (he doesn't do cooked veggies either), and 1 grape... he did gag on the grape, but for some strange reason he thinks it's pretty cool to eat fruit now. Maybe because I try and make a big deal of it by telling him what a 'great job' he's doing, desperately trying to get him to eat something healthy! Chocolate, chips, candy and gum have no problem going down the hatch. I had to take a picture of his accomplishment... Enjoying a 'spring-like' day outside...

This will boggle your mind and you will keep trying over and over again to see if you can outsmart your right foot, but you can't. It's preprogrammed in your brain!
1. While sitting where you are , at your desk, in front of your computer, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles.
2. Now, while doing this, draw the number '6' in the air with your right hand. Your foot will change direction!
I told you so!!!! And there's nothing you can do about it. You and I both know how stupid it is, but before the day is done, you are going to try it again, if you've not already done so!

If anyone has any interest in the old TWA/Saarinen terminal at JFK, here is a slideshow of the work currently going on to convert and restore it to jetBlue's new terminal.

We just had a weekend visit from my neice Rachel and her boyfriend Ed. The kids took care of making sure they had lots of playtime... Ed was a good trooper and took the kids on a hike outside in the fresh snow (yes, again!) and built a snowman. We also took a trip to the rink and enjoyed a bit of ice skating. We managed to squish in a bit of shopping too. It was fun to have them here again - funny they didn't plan on coming the week we move!?! I don't get it!
