Virginia Beach

We couldn't have had a better time! We laughed till we fell off chairs, and swam till our shorts fell off! We arrived at our friends - Thomas & MaryLouise - on Thursday night, and they kicked us out on Tuesday... regardless, we had a wonderful time. Mike used to live near Virgina Beach, so it was a trip back to his old stomping grounds.

On Friday, July 4th - ring a bell to our Canadian friends? - we hit the beach and enjoyed a boating experience like never before. The kids had fun swimming (despite a few jellyfish!) and had an awesome time on the boat. Thanks for all the rides Thomas - we know you were happy because I have a picture to prove it! After a second day at the beach on Saturday, we spent Sunday afternoon doing a little siteseeing and Monday was a day of shopping... what more could you ask for!
